Avakai Biryani by director Anish Kuruvilla was censored recently and obtained a clean [U] certificate. Starring Kamal Kamaraju of ‘Godavari’ fame and debutante Bindhu Madhavi in the lead cast, Shekhar Kammula and Chandrasekhar are producing the movie together on Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd. Director Anish was an erstwhile associate of Shekhar Kammula and is now debuting with this movie.

Foundation for DR.Raj memorial

After two and half years of wait the foundation stone for the construction of Dr.Rajakumar Memorial time has come. On 12th of November at 1.35 pm the Karnataka chief minister B.S.Yediyurappa is laying the foundation stone for the memorial on 2.5 acres of land at Kanteerava studios in Kanteerava Nagara Bangalore.
